I really like some of these Google talks.

Anyone who's been frustrated by scheduling an appointment with their physician should at least fast forward to 51:55 in her talk.

A few years ago I posted something similar on the bulletin board outside my office. I'd forgotten I had an MD in one of my classes, and he ... took issue with it :)

However, my ophthalmologist uses the short-queue method and from my patient-centric view it works pretty well.
